- EBC / Minoroty / GATA Scholarship Forms Filling & Verification within Time.
- Forwarding Verified Scholarship / Freeship Form to Samajkalyan Login.
- Forwarding Audited & Verified EBC / Minority Form to DTE Office.
- Scrutiny of All Verified Scholarship / Freeship Form at Samajkalyan Office.
- Making Proposal of Vidya Vetan / Swadhar / Bookbank / DPDHMS & others.
- Making Proposal Financial Assistance to Students from Private Scholarship Schemes.
- Follow up with Samajkalyan Office to Sanctioning Scholarship / Freeship.
- Sending Notices / Letters / SMS / E-mail to Students & Parents.
- Student Data Updating DTE / AISHE Web Portal – Result & Concession Mgt.
- Compliance of DTE / Samajkalyan as per Circulars
- Proper Record Keeping of Pending Scholarship / Freeship / EBC Updating Regularly.
- Provide Information to A/C Dept. of Received & Pending Scholarship / Freeship / EBC – Year wise within Time.
- Issuing Certificate as per Student Requirement.
- Record Keeping of Karmaveer Scholarship / Fee concession etc.
- Other Work Allotted time to time & proper filling of Scholarship Section.
